Administrative Employment Opportunities

The One Bright Ray, Inc. Accelerated School Model is led by a collaborative leadership team. This team, made up of department directors and site-based leadership teams, works together to ensure that the needs of Faculty, Staff, Students, and community stakeholders are met and that each campus strives to serve the One Bright Ray Mission. Department Directors oversee implementation of policy and procedure within their assigned department at all One Bright Ray Community High Schools, and the site-based leadership team oversees the Faculty, Staff, and students enrolled at their designated location.

Achieving academic excellence requires that the One Bright Ray Leadership Team direct and nurture faculty members, staff members, and stakeholders of the school community. Members of the leadership team, show professionalism with faculty, staff, students and parents. One Bright Ray Leaders are experts in their field and dedicated to meeting the needs of this underserved population.

Dean of Academics

The Dean of Academics serves as a valuable member of the Campus Based leadership team. The Dean of Academics works with their site-based leadership team to ensure a safe and orderly learning environment. The Dean of Academics also works with the teachers to plan rigorous, differentiated instruction, plans and implements professional development to meet various faculty needs, and conducts regular informal classroom visits and coaching meetings to assist in individual teacher growth. The Dean of Academics should be well versed in Project Based Learning, as well as teacher observation using the Charlotte Danielson Model.
