Administrative Employment Opportunities

The One Bright Ray, Inc. Accelerated School Model is led by a collaborative leadership team. This team, made up of department directors and site-based leadership teams, works together to ensure that the needs of Faculty, Staff, Students, and community stakeholders are met and that each campus strives to serve the One Bright Ray Mission. Department Directors oversee implementation of policy and procedure within their assigned department at all One Bright Ray Community High Schools, and the site-based leadership team oversees the Faculty, Staff, and students enrolled at their designated location.

Achieving academic excellence requires that the One Bright Ray Leadership Team direct and nurture faculty members, staff members, and stakeholders of the school community. Members of the leadership team, show professionalism with faculty, staff, students and parents. One Bright Ray Leaders are experts in their field and dedicated to meeting the needs of this underserved population.

We are pleased to announce our participation in the 2018-2019 School District of Philadelphia District-Wide Surveys for Parents and/or Guardians, as well as for students. Our goal is to have 100% participation by the close of our school year, in May 2019. The surveys have been designed to capture feedback from the school community on five key topics related to school improvement—climate, instruction, leadership, professional capacity, and parent/guardian-community ties.
