The application process
After you submit a student application form to One Bright Ray, Student Services will contact you within three weeks to schedule an interview.
If the student has an IEP, Student Services will schedule a second interview after reviewing the student’s plan to determine eligibility.
After the interview process, the student must attend a mandatory new student orientation. New student orientation is either 1 or 2 days long. You will not be enrolled unless you fully complete new student orientation.
At the time of the interview, you will need to bring:
- A copy of the student’s birth certificate
- Proof of address – either a utility bill or a lease
- Parent or adult student ID
- A copy of the student’s IEP, if applicable
If you do not bring these documents to your interview, you will not be enrolled.
